Join us on Wednesday, August 4, 2010 for a discussion on the new Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals case Amerisure Insurance Co. v. Navigators Insurance Co. It will address how the case departs from Liberty Mutual v. Mid-Continent and how insurers may settle and preserve their right to sue other insurers for all or part of the settlement back. The presentation will focus on the procedural and substantive hurdles that still exist.
