The firm provides a variety of services to its clients in the area of employment law. These services include the drafting and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with both state and federal law, as well as representation before regulatory agencies. The firm has a wide range of experience defending employment and employee benefit claims under federal and state law, as well as common law employment claims for wrongful discharge, breach of non-compete, trade secret, misappropriation, breach of employment contract, intentional infliction of emotional distress and defamation.
