Tori is an associate in the Dallas office of Cooper & Scully, P.C. She focuses her practice on general liability and negligence-based defense litigation, including premises and product liability, transportation, personal injury, and construction law matters.

Tori earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Baylor University in 2016 and her Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law in 2019. After volunteering as a student attorney in law school, she continued practicing law in Washington, D.C. before moving back to Texas, where she represented claimants in personal injury cases and managed a team of plaintiffs’ attorneys before shifting to the defense side. Her experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation provides a strategic advantage for case resolution, as she deeply knows each side’s tactics, strengths, and weaknesses.

In her free time, Tori enjoys traveling and cheering on her hometown team, the Buffalo Bills.
