Thomas Moses is a senior attorney in the Dallas office of Cooper & Scully. Thomas is a seasoned insurance defense lawyer and represents clients in a broad variety of litigation matters including personal injury, premises liability, professional liability, and products liability matters. Thomas brings 40 years of significant experience with him handling insurance coverage analysis and defending bad faith claims.  He also served as an Adjunct Professor in Insurance Law for The University of San Francisco Law School (2006-2015) and Texas Wesleyan School of Law (2001-2006).
