Nicholas (Nick) Victor is an associate attorney in the Dallas office of Cooper & Scully, P.C.  Nick has handled commercial and civil litigation and appellate matters for clients in the healthcare, energy, hospitality, wholesale, insurance, real estate, transportation, regulatory, and aviation sectors.

Nick was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Yale University, where he majored in political science and lettered all four years on the varsity basketball team. As a senior, Nick led the Yale team to its first NCAA tournament appearance since 1962 and its first NCAA tournament win in school history.  After graduating, Nick played basketball professionally in Norway and later worked at an asset management firm in Dallas. He then attended Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, graduating with honors. During law school, Nick was an Articles Editor for the Science and Technology Law Review journal. Nick was also a member of the SMU Law Innocence Clinic where he worked with Dallas County inmates who pleaded actual innocence.

Outside of his legal work, Nick enjoys spending time with his friends and family, as well as playing basketball and keeping up with all things Dallas sports.
