Chad is shareholder in the Dallas office of Cooper & Scully, P.C. Chad is a seasoned attorney specializing in professional and commercial litigation. Throughout his career, Chad has successfully represented Fortune 500 businesses, medium and small-sized businesses, family offices, and individuals in a wide range of lawsuits, including medical malpractice, premises liability, breach of contract, fraud, medical device/products liability, defamation, Qui Tam/False Claims Act, RICO and more.
With a passion for advocating on behalf of his clients, Chad brings a wealth of experience and expertise to every case he handles and provides a unique mindset to identify and resolve a client’s needs in an efficient manner. He is committed to providing his client with the highest attention to detail and achieving the best possible outcomes.
Chad obtained his B.S. from Texas A&M University before graduating cum laude from SMU Dedman School of Law. When he’s not in the courtroom, Chad enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, traveling, and giving back to his community through various charitable endeavors.
