Webinar: "Texas Supeme Court Update" - September 19, 2013

This webinar will look back on the 2012-2013 term of the Texas Supreme Court. The speakers
will identify and discuss some of the major opinions issued by the Court in the last year in the
areas of insurance, medical malpractice, arbitration, damages, and other trial and appellate procedure issues.
