Webinar: "Chapter 74 Update" - July 24, 2013

This webinar will address the court's current-term treatment of the Texas Medical Liability Act's section 74.351-- Chapter 74's expert report requirement.  The speakers will examine two very recent decisions in detail, Certified EMS, Inc. v. Potts and TTHR Ltd. Partnership v. Moreno, and will explore these decisions' impact on the procedural and substantive requirements of section 74.351.
